Overview

The Peugeot 1007 was one of the most innovative small cars launched to date. Its electric sliding front doors proved levels of access to the car not available with conventional hinged doors. The modern interchangeable interior was a unique feature as novel as it was functional. The 2-Tronic electronically controlled manual gearbox proved all the benefits of an automatic gearbox but without the fuel consumption penalties. The car when it was tested was also the highest scoring car tested by EuroNCAP.
