model range persuades steria to choose peugeot

Tuesday, 24 June 2003

Steria Limited, the information technology services company, has chosen Peugeot as one of two key suppliers in a new dual badge agreement over the next three years. The choice within the current Peugeot range offers an extensive choice for Steria drivers, from the 206 to the 807.

Steria operates in 12 countries across Europe and is one of the fastest growing IT services companies.

Fleet manager, Tony Brady says: "The decision to select Peugeot was based on its comprehensive range of models, coupled with the launch of a new mid-range car next year. Moreover, we were impressed with Peugeot’s highly economical and reliable HDi engines. In addition, Peugeot offers high specification such as advanced Bluetooth technology, which will be available on the 607 and 307 models later this year - technology that will make life easer and safer for our drivers."

The Bluetooth technology is a wireless, hands free system, which allows drivers to make and receive calls safely.

During the evaluation process Steria drivers were also consulted about what type of car choice policy they wanted.

With the introduction of the new Steria policy, the choice of vehicles available for drivers will encompass 607, 807, 406, 406 Coupé, 307, 307 SW and 206.

Steria company car drivers range from senior managers through sales and marketing to technical specialists.
